Each chair has its own iMac computer which is linked to the main server thru a wireless network connection. What this means to you is that we are more organized and on time for your appointments. All information (x-rays, photo's, appointments ect.) are accessable right at the chair while we continue your orthodontic treatment. The center island has a centrally located monitor which shows Dr. Thomas your x-rays he uses to make critical decisions related to your treatment. We also have the latest and greatest digital x-ray machine which greatly decreases radiation exposure. Our digital machine reduces the amount of radiation exposure 90% as compared to traditional machines. X-rays are instantly available for Dr. Thomas' evaluation right after we take them. This is why we can precisely determine your entire treatment plan at your very first visit! We do NOT refer "out" to have your x-rays taken for an additional fee. |
